About Our Products 

My Breads and Baked Products are ALWAYS True traditional Long Fermented Sourdough. Made with Non-Bleached, Non-Brominated Flours. Some loaves contain Fresh Milled Organic, Non-Irradiated Grains. I do this for optimal nutrient content.  I always add Organic Ground Flax to ALL my loaves..I just love the color and healthy benefits of Ground Flax. Any Herbs I add to loaves are always Organic and Fresh. Many of the Herbs come from my personal organically grown garden. 

I NEVER add Commercial Yeasts I follow the traditional bread making practice of our great grand parents generation. I use a traditional Sourdough Starter which is a culture (a living breathing thing) this culture through the process of rising is natural the culture eats away at glutens, sugars and carbs and increases nutrients. This happens during the act of fermenting. I "Stretch and Fold" the dough during timed intervals by hand to assure the right feel, texture and to move those glutens around to assure it's all even and the sourdough can do it's job in naturally rising.  I ferment my breads for 8-12 + hours depending on the weather, temperatures and how quickly the bread rises. 

I also only use Pure Sea Salt (nothing containing anti-caking agents that trigger inflammation. 

These are the Breads I have created for my family and I love to share them with all of you.

(NOTE : Often this product is OUT of STOCK and has a waiting list (please message me to be added to the list) I bottle it by batches and each batch takes 4 to 8 weeks - depending on infusion timing - tastes, etc.  I hope to have an abundant steady stock of it soon. (We are also changing the bottles for this product - our previous bottles had a cork top - and I just decided that it will do better with a more solid top. I will be switching to a glass swing top bottles (these are great to have just because ) There will be an option to purchase a special shot glass with it. If you’re like me (I take a shot of this stuff daily!!)

What is FIRE CIder?

It's a spicy hot, deliciously sweet, vinegar Infusion ( tonic) , Fire Cider was first created in at the California School of Herbal Studies in the early 1980's but the ingredients have been around and used for healthy purposes for hundreds of years. (I'm not saying this stuff is a cure all I will say I use it myself and love it for so many reasons)

INGREDIENTS: Raw Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother) Local Raw Honey, Organic Oranges, Organic Lemons,  Organic Ginger Root, Organic Horseradish Root, Organic Garlic Cloves, Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Dehydrated Habanero Pepper - grown fresh in my garden. 

INSTRUCTIONS: 
Shake the bottle, take one Tablespoon of Tonic daily. If sick take up to three times a day. 

It's a perfect addition to a daily routine. Every tablespoon of Fire Cider vinegar packs an energizing punch of concentrated ingredients designed to support wellness.

You can take a tablespoon straight (this is how I take it) you can also mix it in a smoothie, juice or shake it on a salad or veggies.   

While the ingredients sit in the vinegar "Infusing' (4-6 weeks )  - the vinegar extracts all the plants’ beneficial compounds and bold flavors 

After the infusion -  I  mix in local raw unfiltered organic honey to balance all that spicy tartness. 

It’s a very distinctive bold, tart, spicy-sweet taste that’s, gut friendly.and invigorating. 
It is... A BOLD taste and probably not for everyone but I love spicy hot stuff and love the flavor. 

Many people normally claim to use it as an Antiviral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic remedy.. It's also used as a preventative, keeping your immune system strong. 

I use it ( personally) . I have used it on and off for the last few years for inflammation and to help my compromised immune system because of my fibromyalgia. I've recently gone back on my Very strict, very Real and Probiotic - Gut Healthy diet. I am my physical best when I (Keep it REAL). I decided I'd make my Fire Cider for myself a couple months ago.   then decided to make enough of it to share if anyone else was interested.

 I do a lot of different things daily (not just fire cider)  I eat Fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi, use other vinegars with mother, drink kefirs as well as kombucha. (I used to catch everything) and it took so much out of me everytime I got sick in my family I always had things the worst and the longest. Now I usually get a good cold once a year and.... I'm usually over it in a day or two vs 10 days like everyone else. I credit all my Gut Friendly foods  to this.

Raw Honey. Is AMAZING! The Benefits of Local, Raw Honey has healing properties in general for hundreds of years it's been documented all around the world. It helps with seasonal allergies, it reduces the lifespan of colds. It is a natural antiseptic and also known to tame the stomach flu just to name a few. 

I plan to continuously make this like I do the other infused vinegars. I have made a couple for the Cedar Key using Rylie's honey and the rest are for here in Bradford using Townsend's Honey. 

This batch is already almost gone. I'll be putting a new batch on later this afternoon and it will be available again in  about 5 weeks.
